程海翔
博士、教授、硕士生导师，衢州学院科学研究与社会合作处副处长
衢州学院三衢领军人才、“鸿雁”学术团队负责人， 衢州市新115第三层次人才，目前与浙江工业大学联合培养硕士生4名。主持国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、市科技局重点项目等纵横项课题20余项，参与国家自然科学基金2项，发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录20余篇，申请专利20余项，授权发明专利8项，参与制定地方标准1项，参编 、专著3部，指导学生国家级或省级大学生创新项目4项，发表学术论文5篇，授权实用新型专利8项，指导学生参加省A类学科竞赛获一二三等奖各1项。现为浙江省生态环境厅、市生态环境局、市经信局、市人社局等入库专家。
